Master blacksmiths perpetuate a traditionnal craft rooted in villages in northern Vietnam, some of which have been active for over 300 years.
Each piece is unique, as the noble materials used for the handle, such as buffalo horn or exotic wood, depend on local breeding and cultivation. Moreover, traditional techniques make mass production impossible. For example, a copper-plated damascus dao may take the master blacksmith 3 days of meticulous work.
We are proud to present the fruit of this know-how, Vietnamese knives tested and approved by chefs, on our youtube channel.
